Right to Be Forgotten - Deletion of personal data (Art. 17 GDPR)

The right to be forgotten is the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data without undue delay when one of the conditions set out in Art. 17.1 GDPR applies.

Right to De-indexing - Removal of links from search engines

It is the right that allows you to request the removal from search engines of results associated with your name when the information is obsolete, incorrect, or no longer relevant.

It is the right that allows you to object to the processing of personal data, particularly when it is based on legitimate interests or used for profiling or direct marketing purposes.

Right to Data Portability - Transfer data between services (Art. 20 GDPR)

It is the right that allows you to receive your personal data in structured format and easily transfer it to another service or provider.

Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decisions - Escape algorithmic judgment (Art. 22 GDPR)

It is the right that protects people against fully automated decisions, including algorithmic ones, that produce significant effects on rights and freedoms.

Right to Digital Identity - Protection from impersonation (Art. 494 Criminal Code)

AI ACT RIGHTS - ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Right to AI Transparency - Know when you interact with AI (AI Act Art. 50, 52)

It is the right that ensures users are informed when content, services, or decisions are generated or influenced by artificial intelligence systems, allowing them to understand when they are interacting with algorithms rather than humans.

Right to Human Intervention - Request human review of AI decisions (AI Act Art. 14)

It is the right that ensures automated decisions with significant impact are supervised by people and can be manually reviewed.

Right to Contest AI Decisions - Challenge high-risk algorithmic decisions (AI Act Art. 86)

It is the right that allows you to challenge decisions made by high-risk AI systems and obtain an independent or corrective review.

COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT RIGHTS
