What it is

The right of access is the right to obtain confirmation whether processing is taking place of personal data concerning you and, if so, access to a copy of such data together with a series of information about the processing. It is the most basic right: you must know

When

This right applies whenever content is removed, restricted, de-ranked, or flagged because of presumed violations of platform rules or legal provisions.
